    Chris MacDonald
    Art Director

Chris was born in Santiago, Chile and moved to the U.S. at the age of five. After graduating from UT Austin, he joined LatinWorks while it was still in its infancy. A few years later, he set off in search of adventure, which he found in California as well as Houston, working for both general and Hispanic market shops. In 2008, he got the call to come back to LatinWorks once again, only this time wiser and with 10 years of experience behind him.

    Active Life
    Active Life
Our objective for Active Life was to launch a framework that communicated Active Life’s mission: make healthy the norm by generating a persistent demand for healthy living among all sectors of society.

    Bud Light
    Bud Light
Bud Light prides itself in getting the good times rolling. In order to bring this to life and connect with our Hispanic consumer, we created the Ya Se Armó campaign. Much more than just a tagline, Ya Se Armó is a brand idea. This "party call," colloquially used by many Latinos, is brought to life on all Bud Light platforms.

    Chevrolet
    Chevrolet
Our new concept for Chevy: Deja Que Te Sigan (Let the rest follow) puts the Hispanic consumer in the driver’s seat by challenging them to ignore the conventional routes and let them chart their own territory. All we’re doing is providing them the keys.

    Cine las Américas
    Cine las Américas
Latin American realities can be bizarre yet surprisingly entertaining. We used this insight to help support one of the top Latin American film festivals in the country, the Cine Las Americas Film Festival. Our job was to introduce Latin American films to the U.S., without resorting to the typical clichés or stereotypes.

    Domino´s Pizza
    Domino´s Pizza
To the Hispanic consumer, pizza is pizza. So we had to go beyond that mindset of being just another pizza delivery service, by being “In the Neighborhood”. More than a tagline, it’s a sense of being just a phone call away when that spontaneous craving kicks in for something delicious that the whole family can enjoy.

    Huggies
    Huggies
Armed with unique insights into the Latina Mom, we’ve created engaging and strategically sound solutions for Huggies and Kleenex. The “Atrapa Estornudos de Kleenex” (Kleenex Sneeze Catchers) is just one example that shows how smart creative thinking comes down to simple motherly truths.

     Lowe´s
    Lowe´s
Hispanic home improvement shoppers are always seeking inspiration to make their house into the home they desire, a home they can proudly share with friends and family.  Our message invites Hispanics to use their imagination when it comes to thinking BIG.

    Marfa
    Marfa
Riding 100 kilometers for the fight against cancer is awesome. Giving people – whether they’re cancer survivors or supporters of cancer survivors – the chance to express the fight against cancer in an artistic way is even more awesome.

    Marshalls
    Marshalls
Marshalls is bringing high-end fashion and merchandise to the people. They’re connecting with the Hispanic consumer by being a trusted source for the latest trends at every important milestone of their life.

    Snickers
    Snickers
There’s nothing like that peanut and caramel to give you satisfaction when you need it most, especially for the moments when hunger is calling, or growling for that matter. So it was our job to create a fun message that created awareness amongst our Hispanic consumers Cuando Tienes Hambre, No Eres Tú. (You’re Not You When You’re Hungry).

    Starburst
    Starburst
Starburst is all about fun contradictions. Fortunately for us, the Hispanic culture is also full of fun contradictions. So we thought it fitting to create a World of Contradictions to which our consumers could relate.

    Texas Lottery
    Texas Lottery
From scratch-offs to jackpots and everything in between, LatinWorks helps Texas Lottery stay top-of-mind with Hispanic consumers by reminding them, “Hoy Podría Ser Tu Día de Suerte” (Maybe it's your lucky day).

    Twix
    Twix
Our Hispanic consumers pride themselves on having a very strong work ethic. But don’t let this fool you, for they take break time very seriously, as well. And there’s no better way to express this than with Twix’s “Pause Like You Mean It” campaign.
