Manny Flores CEO & Managing Partner As CEO, Manny brings years of brand development and segment marketing expertise while overseeing agency operations, strategic direction, public relations initiatives and client relations. Prior to co-founding LatinWorks, Manny was client side at Anheuser-Busch where he served as VP of Marketing Development, launching important brand extensions of the Budweiser franchise and spearheading breakthrough multicultural marketing programs.

Alejandro Ruelas CMO & Managing Partner As CMO, Alejandro oversees the agency’s business development and marketing efforts.  Prior to co-founding LatinWorks, Alejandro had an 18-year career in the beverage industry, including 13 years at Anheuser-Busch. There, he led multicultural marketing for the U.S. and Puerto Rico and advised on international marketing operations. Among his most recognized accomplishments, he helped bring the company the global sponsorship rights to FIFA’s World Cup.

Christy Kranik Chief Client Officer, Partner   As Chief Client Officer & Partner, Christy is a key member of the leadership team at the agency. She focuses on building and fostering high-level client relationships. Additionally, Christy is responsible for leading business development and agency marketing initiatives. Christy has been with LatinWorks for over 12 years and has a true passion for developing and retaining women in the industry. Christy was named one of the 2014 Ad Age “Women to Watch”.

As Chief Client Officer & Partner, Christy is a key member of the leadership team at the agency. She focuses on building and fostering high-level client relationships. Additionally, Christy is responsible for leading business development and agency marketing initiatives. Scott Radigk Chief Financial Officer Scott believes there are solutions to every challenge. At LatinWorks for the past 6 years, he currently oversees finance, IT and production and works on refining operations to meet the client and agency needs. He began his career and spent the first ten years in Chicago overseeing production for a variety of brands. Committed to bringing new young minds into the field, he currently sits on the board of the Austin School of Film.

Leo Olper SVP, Managing Director      Leo has 24 years of advertising experience having started as an AAE at Leo Burnett in Mexico City.  Throughout his career, Leo held various positions within the Leo Burnett organization, rising to the rank of SVP/Chief Operating Officer at Lápiz, LB’s Multicultural Agency.  He later was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer at Totality, the multicultural arm of Havas/Euro RSCG.  Most recently he served as Partner, at D’Exposito & Partners in New York.  He is a graduate of Brandeis University and also studied at London School of Economics.

Gabriel Garcia Executive Creative Director Gabriel’s contributions in creative leadership have brought thought provoking work to the multicultural space in the U.S. and have contributed to positioning LatinWorks among the top ad agencies in the country.  His affinity for converting insights into meaningful ideas has led to industry-recognized creative work for the agency’s extensive roster.  An upbringing in both the U.S. and Mexico provided insight and a unique opportunity to understand two distinct cultures and how they coalesce.

Luis Guido VP, Experiential Marketing Remember the first time you tried your favorite beer or went to your first music festival with friends?  Even planning for your first big date.  Luis believes live experiences that draw strong memories can bridge a powerful two-way dialogue for brand participation.  Luis oversees and manages Promotions and Experiential activities for all our clients.  He brings 15+ years of results driven practices through integrating non-traditional marketing approaches, digital & media cross relations and retail programs.

Michelle Aldrich Vice-President, Financial Operations Michelle brings 16+ years of experience developing and implementing financial systems, strategies and controls that significantly improve financial stability. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting as well as a Master’s in Business Administration.  Michelle plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the accounting department.

Chloe King Group Media Buying Director Leading the charge behind LatinWorks broadcast investment power is Chloe King, a veteran with over 20 years of media buying experience. Chloe began her career at GSD&M, where she worked on brands such as Walmart, MasterCard, Long John Silvers and The Texas Lottery. In 2008 Chloe joined LatinWorks as the Group Media Buying Director, launching a best-in-class national and local broadcast buying team. She is responsible for overseeing the flawless execution, maintenance and performance of all broadcast media buys placed by LatinWorks. Chloe is also a proud Advertising graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
